Our green roofs bring back the natural ground cover that was there before we started building - native grasses and plants that insulate, absorb rainwater, and look better with each passing season. We want our homes to feel like they belong where they are, and to age gracefully with time.
We work with warm, natural materials - clay brick, stone floors, wood fenestration - materials with character that get better with time. Our exposed brick exteriors develop a unique patina over the years, require no painting, and need minimal maintenance. The hollow bricks reduce heat transmission and enhance sound insulation. Combined with natural stone flooring and handcrafted wood detailing, every surface has texture and warmth. We think the nicest thing about our homes is that they become more beautiful as they grow older.

So we created in-house capabilities for structures, masonry, electrical, metalwork, doors, windows, furniture, and landscaping. We inspect every home across 1,048 items at 5 stages before handover. It's a combination of craftsmanship and technology that helps us get it right the first time, every time.
Like all good products, homes need support after handover. Our Property Management team provides service for life - handling maintenance, repairs, and everything in between. It also keeps us learning, improving, and staying connected with our homeowners long after they move in. We invest just as much into these relationships as we do into our properties.
